FRIED CHICKEN WITH STICKY MAPLE GOCHUJANG DIP:
Can it be fried chicken Friday?! I’m in the mood for some COMFORT FOOD so I’ll be whipping up a batch of fried chicken again soon, but in the meantime we can all drool over this tender stack of delight!? …This chicken was marinated overnight in buttermilk and some creole spices (paprika, oregano, black pepper, dried basil, salt, cayenne pepper, onion + garlic powders, dried thyme, chilli powder) before hitting the fryer (ummm I actually use a wok for deep-frying) and my dipping sauce is just 3 ingredients…HAPPY FRIDAY foodies!✌️

STICKY MAPLE GOCHUJANG DIP:
150ml (ish) maple syrup
1-2tbsp gochujang (depending on how punchy you like it!)
Juice from half a lemon

METHOD
1 – mix everything together in a saucepan
2 – gently heat to serve (do not boil)
3 – taste, adjust, DUNK!
