Friday nights are made for beer and tapas ?
These are my homemade, silky-smooth béchamel filled croquetas (croquettes), with mozzarella and a little parmesan (I mean you can fill these with whatever you like; finely diced Spanish chorizo, ham, red onion, herbs…anything). I used panko breadcrumbs on the outside for extra CRUNCH and served with a lemon wedge for a squeeze of freshness! ?
