DON’T BE A JERK, DAWG:
I’m currently at the airport waiting for my plane back home to the UK but last night we had our last proper dinner in Canada – we decided to make it deliciously dirty with hot dogs, mac + cheese… AND fries, plus a whole load of beer! I chose this fully loaded jerk pork sausage with a grilled pineapple salsa, spicy jerk mayo + micro coriander. Lip tingling and tasty – plus these guys, meritbrewing, make all their own sausages and beer ? .
