DAUPHINOISE GRATIN POTATOES:
Is there anything getter than a bubbling pot of dauphinoise potatoes? Whilst I’ve actually had the family over for a little dinner party tonight, in my heart I want this. Why? Because it’s raining and this is my favourite way to eat potatoes… beautifully rustic layers of thinly sliced potatoes, cream, garlic, cheese… dreamy. Top tip: try layering yours with potatoes AND celeriac for a nice flavour twist. Happy mid-week foodies ?
