Crispy Fried Egg, Hash Browns and Farmhouse Sausage Crumb ?
Happy Sunday foodies! I wanted a delicious but not too heavy breakfast to fuel me for the day since I’ve got some more digging to do up the allotment! This hit the spot and then some:
? One farm house sausage, removed from casing and fried until golden and crumbed – I added a pinch of fennel seeds to this too.
? Hash browns, oven-cooked adding about 15mins extra than recommended cooking time.
? Buford brown egg, fried in a little veg oil for a crispier base. I popped a lid on to steam the yolk to golden perfection.
? Finished with fresh baby sorrel, red pepper flakes, black and white sesame seeds.
