Creamy Chicken Sausage Spaghetti with Rosemary & Slow Roasted Tomatoes ?

This was such a speedy bowl of comfort after a weekend of decorating! It’s a little reminiscent of Tuscan Chicken but I just used what I had to hand and whipped up the sauce in as about long as it took my spaghetti to cook. It was delicious with a little fresh rocket over the top and…dare I say it…I don’t even think it needed any parmesan on top! Ingredients and step-by-steps in stories/highlights for this one but mix it up how you like; add spinach or mushrooms, a little heat or less cream…just taste as you go and make it to suit you and yours!
