| CHICKEN & HAM HOCK SHARING PIE WITH ALL THE SIDES:
Hey foodies, did you realise that it’s To celebrate Matt and I invited my mum and sister over for an afternoon of feasting. To mark the occasion, higgidy sent me a very special Chicken & Ham Hock Sharing Pie, which was absolutely delicious (thank you Camilla!) – the Higgidy family kitchen makes super-tasty and faff-free food for easy, everyday eating! Plus, since my mum s a Halal diet, she got to enjoy a rather yummy individual Spinach & Pine Nut Pie. To help fight food waste and hunger, Higgidy have partnered with the charity FareShareUK and during British Pie Week they will be donating one pie to FareShare for every pie purchased in store (just look for the FareShare sticker on-pack!). To help share a these pies will be redistributed to those in need! …I also used up some extra veggies and spices to create some yummy pie sides: a carrot, olive oil & cumin salad, some roasted aubergine with tahini & za’atar, plus a rainbow potato & broccolini salad with panko and parmesan. Such a wholesome and delicious feast! ?
