Easy deliciousness to jazz up midweek! Here’s my carbonara style crispy gnocchi in all it’s glory; I love this one, it’s all kinds of good and just that little bit naughty too. For me the trick is a silky sauce and *crispy* gnocchi – which I’m shortly going to show you how to make over on stories!
