Caramac. Custard. Croissant. Pudding.

This one’s as naughty as it sounds, but I had some leftover croissants from our Christmas breakfast, so what was a girl to do?

It’s rare that you ever get ‘leftover’ croissants but if you do, make this (although I reckon brioche would work just as well) and I also had some gold chocolate chips left from all my homemade Christmas gifting, so wanted to see how else I could put them to use! This is a kinda next level bread and butter pudding that’s super cosy and such a festive treat! I’ve saved the how-to steps from my stories in highlights so you can see how easy this is to whip up… and if you can’t get your hands on any gold chocolate/caramac, white chocolate would be a good sub, just swirl in extra caramel sauce for something a little extra to finish! A splash of Baileys would work a treat in here too ?

I really hope you’ve all managed to enjoy Christmas as much as possible, some more than others I’m sure… It’s been quite a year so I’ve been taking some much needed time off from work and Insta, but I’ll be back sharing in full swing soon.

In lighter news, I heard that calories don’t count between Christmas and New Years, so I’m planning on filling my boots ??‍♀️
