BUTTER ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST + HERBY ORZO:
So turns out if you add orzo to the same pan you roast your whole chicken in, it sucks up all the cooking juices to create something truly DELICIOUS! Once cooked, fluff it up and stir through herbs and seasonings: I used sea salt and black pepper, my go-to za’atar spice blend, lemon zest + juice and fresh thyme! …This dish is an oldie, but a goodie and I think needs to make an appearance in my house again soon, what do you think? ?
