BLUEBERRY SWIRL LEMON DRIZZLE LOAF:
Working from home has its challenges…but it also has its perks – like baking during your lunch break (and taking a picture using natural light)! Today I made this super easy loaf cake using my usual 6,6,9 ratios but switched things up with a lemon sponge, blueberry swirl and classic drizzle icing… absolutely delicious.
