Blueberry & Frangipani Tart ?
I love a pre-bake tart shot (in most cases more than the baked shot!), and forgot I’d made this frangipane tart with blueberries AND blueberry compote – brilliant pastry recipe via julie_jonesuk (who else!).
I don’t normally have the patience for faffing about with things like this, but I remember finding that slicing and layering those blueberries was quite therapeutic; I must of had some extra time on my hands… something I don’t have much of this week, we’re having beans on toast for tea ?
