BALSAMIC GLAZED SPAGHETTI WITH SLOW-ROASTED TOMATOES:
This simple pot of pleasure was your favourite dish from last year… and it was one of my favourites too! Thank YOU for the love! …Slow-roasted garlic and sweet cherry tomatoes are tossed through tangy balsamic-glazed wholewheat spaghetti before a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, baby basil leaves and Parmigiano Reggiano beautifully finish it off. I’ll get the ratios for this written up ASAP and I might even add some (optional) capers to this one too (personally I think they’d go rather well in this!) …Plus, as per my story question a few of you have been asking for more one pot dinners like this and twists on our favourite savoury dishes; I’ll happily oblige with more ideas and actual recipes as I cook my way through 2020! Happy start to the New Year foodies, I’m excited to see what’s in store for us ?
