Bacon and eggs on bagel ?
I actually treated myself to a proper lunch break today AND I ate it away from my computer screen! Yass. Tip: I cooked the bacon first, then used the same pan to cook the eggs in, so no flavour was wasted! I popped it all on a buttery toasted bagel and added some of my favourite sun soaked tomatoes and a few pea shoots. Et voila ?
