If you caught my stories, now in highlights (so I also won’t forget the ratios), you’ll of seen I made some rather tasty Chinese Five Spice Fried Chicken. I kinda wish I never made it, as it’s ALL I can think about now ? …which means I’ll defo be making it again (and will actually write-up the recipe!) – served with some fluffy basmati rice with sesame, and roasted courgettes basted in gochujang (sweet little fiery bites!). Flip me.
